Ingredients
Maika`i KBBQ Sauce, 2 Cups
Ground Beef, 3 Pounds
Sweet Maui Onion, 2 Cups
Eggs, 2 Eggs
Panko Breadcrumbs, 1/2 Cup

Ingredients

  • Maika`i Korean BBQ Sauce, 2 cups and a little more
  • Ground beef, 3 pounds
  • Sweet Maui Onion, 2 cups, diced
  • Eggs, 2 whole eggs
  • Panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix liberally with hands until well-incorporated.
  4. Line a baking sheet rack with aluminum foil, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Gently form approximately 3" wide piles of meatloaf mixture, and shape rustically with hands.
  6. Liberally rub the KBBQ sauce all over the outisde of the meat.
  7. Bake in oven loosely covered with aluminum foil for 50 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until sauce starts to brown.
  8. Remove from oven, allow meatloaf to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
